We went on a school trip to Kagoshima from November 1st to 3rd.
I visited many places, but I would like to introduce some of the most impressive ones.

The first is the Chiran Peace Museum. There was a base here for the Japanese to carry out an operation called “Tokko”, in which the Japanese rammed a U.S.military vessels during World War 2. And in this museum, the suicide notes and relics of young people who lost their lives due to this operation are displayed.
I was able to reaffirm why people as old as we had to die and how miserable the war is and the history that must never be repeated.

The second is the Senganen. This is a second home of the Shimazu family built in 1658 by the 19th generation Mitsuhisa of the Shimazu family. I was really fascinated by the magnificent “Sakurajima” and the beautiful gardens. I enjoyed buying a lot of souvenirs.

There are many wonderful places in Kagoshima, so please go there by all means.

Please look forward to our blog being updated!
