On June 2, the Karuta Club took part in the competition of the Chugoku district.
The members of the Karuta Club reported their impressions, “The other day, we took part in the qualifying round of Karuta. Our goal is to take part in the national competition. We finished second in the qualifying round and advanced to the national competition. The final match was between Seishin and Motomachi, but we lost by a narrow margin. We’ll do our best against our rivals at the nationals.”
